A list of things to do before you die. Comes from the term "kicked the bucket".
"I need to remember to add skydiving to my bucket list."
Introduction
The following is my bucket list; a list of stuff I would like to do before (and if) I die. I started to write this just before I went traveling in 2008 and by now I have made many edits and revisions. The stuff with a strikethrough is what I have written on here and done. The removed entries are obviously not here because I have removed them. If you have any suggestions, feel free to contact me and share the concept.
- Learn to drive a road worthy Quadbike.
- Learn to hand glide.
- Learn to do a back flip.
- Learn to snowboard.
- Learn to fire a gun.
- Learn to throw a knife.
- Learn to roller-skate.
- Learn to play a (any) musical instrument.
- Learn to fly a plane.
- Be in one really good free for all (melee) fight (and survive obviously).
- Earn a (monetary) fortune.
- Have sex (yup, virgin and I will smack/hack the first silly bastard who takes the piss as a lesson to the rest).
- Cultivate some serious (bodily) muscles.
- Visit a foreign country.
- Go travelling in 1 country.
- Go travelling in 5 countries.
- Go travelling in 10 countries.
- Go travelling in 20 countries (yup, it’s an achievement system =D )
- Run a bar.
- Run a business.
- Work as a courier.
- Make to release stage at least 1 computer game.
- Watch a porno movie get made (always been curious if they are really as silly as they look).
- Attend a games expo like E3 or similar.
- Own a proper full sized sword.
- Try and convince someone to remake/produce something I have always thought was a bloody good idea like eGraphic Novels or remaking Final Fantasy 7 or getting a Discworld novel translated into a movie (not emulated like the current Discworld TV Series, a full 10-15 hour collection like).
